Cincinnati Museum Center
More than 300 miniature rail cars and 60 engines run along 1,000 feet of track at this Cincinnati Museum Center annual holiday event.
Trains, toys and tradition define the holiday season at the Cincinnati Museum Center. In addition to admiring the Duke Energy Holiday Trains display, kids can also climb aboard The Cincinnatian, the Museum Centers kid-sized riding train. An interactive play area engages children with Brio trains, tracks and houses to create their own train display, and a gift shop filled with trains and other toys for gifts and stocking stuffers. And dont forget to give Santa your wish list when he drops by Holiday Junction to spread good cheer and visit with guests!
Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal is home to the Cincinnati History Museum, Duke Energy Children's Museum, the Museum of Natural History & Science, the Robert D. Lindner Family OMNIMAX Theater and the Cincinnati History Library and Archives.
Originally built in 1933 as the Union Terminal train station, the building is a national historic landmark and was renovated and reopened as Cincinnati Museum Center in 1990.
